Book a one-on-one, 1-hour video consultation with the Underwater Wonders team. We'll take a look at your tank, talk through what you're seeing, and help you troubleshoot or fine-tune your system.
Consultations can cover things like:
- Coral health, growth and coloration
- SPS and Acropora care
- Pest identification and troubleshooting
- Lighting and PAR
- Flow and coral placement
- Water parameters and nutrient levels
- Trace elements and supplementation
- Algae and other common reef tank issues
- Stocking and coral selection
- General tank troubleshooting
How It Works
Choose an available appointment time when booking your consultation. All appointment times are listed in Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Within 24-48 hours after booking, you'll receive a follow-up email confirming your consultation along with a Zoom link for your appointment.
Before your consultation, we'll ask you to provide some basic information about your tank, including current water parameters, equipment and anything specific you'd like us to look at. Photos of your tank or problem areas are also helpful along with any recent ICP test results.
During the 1-hour Zoom consultation, we'll talk through your system, answer your questions and take a look at your tank together in real time.

Please note: Every reef system is different. Our consultations are based on our experience keeping, growing and maintaining reef aquariums and aquacultured coral. Recommendations are intended as guidance and cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

Flat Rate Shipping is $60 within the continental US. We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.
Free Shipping on all orders over $300. *Cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise*.
All orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air and will arrive before 12pm (usually guaranteed by 5pm) the next day unless shipping delays occur.
For the safety of your animals, we will not pack or ship before confirming the delivery date.
We will ship orders out within 24-48 hours as long as confirmation has been received. Because of unforeseen delays that can be caused by shipping carriers, we prefer to only ship coral Monday-Wednesday to arrive Tuesday-Thursday.
Cut-to-Order: Cut-to-order frags will require up to 2-weeks for healing before shipping. We will reach out at that time to schedule shipping.
If weather becomes an issue, we will take this into consideration and may possibly choose to delay shipment. If this is the case, we will reach out directly and reschedule delivery.
All orders will be packed with the utmost care and temperature will be considered. If any issues arise with delivery, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
